In the parking lot of Panera Bread, 51490 Gratiot, caller states a male in another vehicle approached him and he appeared intoxicated. Our caller also saw a bottle of liquor with him. He's going to be described as an older white male in his late 50s, short gray hair, wearing a blue and black hoodie, and a silver SUV in the parking lot.
