Alright, 3, from a witness in the area of 138 Sylvian, saying there was two black Jeeps. First Jeep had two black females, two black males. Second Jeep had a rear hatchback or a rear window open with something red hanging out. He didn't know if it was a big laundry bag or a piece of furniture. They both fled the area at a high rate of speed.
