Police have received a report of a man acting strangely in a bathroom.

800 Langdon Street, Memorial Union for a Czech person. Caller stated there is a male who was laying on the bathroom floor, conscious and breathing but acting very strangely, was in the bathroom on the first floor by the Daily Scoop. Male, white, wearing a jacket with a black shirt underneath and blue jeans, no weapons seen. Just before I hung up the call, caller stated he exited out of the bathroom and was standing outside of that same bathroom on the phone with somebody.
