Engine 5, Medic 5, Bravo response on 121, 5220 Cornhusker, Travelodge, room 126. 56-year-old male was supposed to pay or leave today when they called, attempted to make contact with him. He requested an ambulance and then shut the door. Looked like he was bleeding from the face. And you will have TAC number 3, TAC 3.
