Can you go over to the area, 671 to 375, East 329? Got a call from a female, Melissa Hudson. She'll be sitting there in a silver Subaru Legacy. She said there was a male on the street, filming himself throwing eggs at cars. He's got blonde hair, very tall, gray hoodie, and she's sitting in her car waiting for an officer.
