Pennsylvania broadcasting A1 priority for possible DK driver, Cedar and Barstow. It's a gray Chevy Equinox, southbound Cedar. Vehicle hit the median and then corrected himself, now stopping in the middle of the road. They're now westbound on Millbrook, and the driver is going too fast. It looks like the RP is not following. It's going to be a broadcast for info only, unless any units in the area.
