should have a late according to the witness. Okay, thanks, 2053. I'm in the area driving in the neighborhood. Any direction? South from Michigan Street on foot, roughly two blocks east of Belmont, but that was maybe a five-minute time delay at this point. Okay, thanks.

I don't know. I'm still on my way in that direction. I was hoping somebody on scene would be able to tell me the same. The latest CAD update says somebody has a video of it. 2053. I watched the video. He's on foot. Description is accurate in the CAD. Maybe a tan hat, white t-shirt or white beater, dark colored pants. He was on foot and he fired at the ground on the video. Was he armed with a handgun or a long gun? A handgun. It was in his right hand.

23, did your victim say that that guy got in that vehicle? No, he went about two blocks and went south into the neighborhood.
