NYPD is a no longer an active police department , it’s reactive. Most of the specialized units of the department like anti-crime and street crime units have this been disbanded. Officers pretty much are report takers. I feel sorry for the detective units who have to solve these crimes because they are overloaded with caseloads. Such a shame.
These youngsters dont have a CLUE of how Serious technology has become. Slim chance of getting away today.
