Start on a possible break-in in progress, 9601 Leopold Wood Loop, unit 103. Caller advised it's a vacant unit, but a Black male with a gray jacket carrying a pink backpack broke into the location. Said he'll run out the back when police arrive. 3 Michael, we're okay, thank you. 319.
