Radio to 40 and 43. 40. 43. 40, if I can pull you off of that and search you guys for this 39 at 1402 North Grant Avenue, apartment 106, to the neighbor, Riley, at 1375 Cromartie. Male, Black, black ski mask, black clothing, was lurking around in front of this apartment with an orange hammer. Looked like he was about to break in and then left. Thinks that he's still in the area, looking for other apartments or vehicles to break into. Second-hand info from the resident who's out of town looking at cameras. Go ahead.
