We got a code 1 at 65th and Bessemer. That's East 65 and Bessemer. Caller says there's a male kneeling on the tracks and he's shouting. Caller was a bypasser. It's a black male, older, grayish, white hair with a beard. Said he was wearing a black shirt. And we're calling the railroad companies as well. CAD is 5665, 5665.
