I had a call come in, 2130 Harper Road, Microtel, Harper Heights. Caller advised there was a male subject in a white Subaru Ascent, white male with blue scrubs. About 5 to 7 minutes ago, he got out of the Subaru in the parking lot and urinated in front of the complainant's juvenile, left towards the Echles area. Caller does not want to speak to officers, just requesting to check the area.
