303 Lakeview Drive, Queen City Lake Fishing Pier and Boat Ramp. There are two black males, one has a white shirt, the other has no shirt, trying to take canoes down with a saw. They're advising they are getting fishing poles out of their vehicle now. Employer en route. 10-10-3, 17-19.
