Is there an available advice to our unit to check on a pedestrian, Westbound 198, just west of Moonee? Copy that. 676, it is Westbound 198, west of Moonee. Appeared to be a person laying on the side of the road in a jacket, jeans. They're in the center divider. Reporting party thought it was 1140, party was 1144, but couldn't articulate why they thought that. Said that it just didn't look right.
