Sector 821 for a shot flipping. It's going to be at Target, 15341 Montanus Drive. It's going to be a young Hispanic female, put on a blue jacket, long hair, currently sitting outside the store, took a bunch of personal care items, and is currently stuffing them into a double bag that she also took, possibly waiting on a vehicle or computer.
