In the area of 43 Main Street near Dainty Shop Brew, there's a white female with green pants, wearing a mess in her bag, acting very odd. They believe she's under the influence of something. She's talking to herself, dancing in the middle of the street. She was walking around and turned around, started walking back to the courthouse. She was currently in front of britches, dancing the world. You're right.
