Alicia Fairbanks called in, her dad was feeling dizzy, passed out, was a 59-year-old male, conscious and breathing. In the process of that, an alarm company called, stating that they were getting a silent holdup duress alarm for this address. So far, EMS are requesting police start for the alarm portion. 424 hours.
