1145 South Forest. 1145 South Forest. It's a white male, tattooed under his right eye, wearing a baseball cap that says the F word on it. Gray jacket, possibly black pants, taking a marker, writing on trash bins and walls of homes. Caller believes that they saw it. 47 to dispatch, can you show me on an interior check of Madam Cadillac's basement, second and fourth floor? Clear.
