Radio to 125, 322. Respond to a welfare check. It's the State Highway Administration Building, 5111 Bucky's Town Pike off of Shockley Drive. The caller is reporting that they are stuck inside the State Highway fence. The gate's closed. He's not sure how he got there, but he can't get out. The subject is an Asian male, 68 years old, wearing blue jeans and a blue long-sleeved shirt.
