Priority 2 suspicious, 1413 University Avenue, 1413 University Avenue at the substation. The on-scene ambassador is advising that a female held her phone out to someone's car window that said, help me. She's currently on foot, headed towards 14th Street. The vehicle that she flagged down is a red Honda Pilot. Not sure where that vehicle is at this time. Only available description is going to be a blonde female. Male, 2B17, I don't have a backup for 61. 61, I can advise for now. I'll let you know if I'm able to get out with that female.
