I'm going to be getting into Shelter Grove and I just got a report of a dog that needs picked up at 1444 3rd Avenue and Southeast. What's going on with the dog? It's a stray dog. They're hanging out. It's hanging out on the porch. They're kind of afraid of it. So, it's a stray.
