At McDonald's, 1407 North St. Street. The manager advised there's two teenagers in the lobby. One white female with blonde hair in a bun. There's another white female with thin, who is thin, has brown hair. They're being disoriented. Tried to take food without paying. Tried to take someone else's food. And they asked for a DoorDash bag so they could take.
