Tacoma Police Dispatch - South · Oct 13, 4:08PM · 0:19
South 45th and Alaska. The RP's texting in the 911, not requesting any contact. The gal who's on foot near the little library, ranting, yelling racial slurs. She's a white female, brown hair with an arm full of books, black dress, and some flip-flops. Mental health issues.
