11. 11. 11 for disorderly, 90 Grand Street, apartment 4. Resident here, Phoebe Arujo is calling in, reporting that three kids came up to her door and kicked it in. They left on bicycles, they looped around, and now they're just in the area right now. No real description, the only thing is one of them had a backpack, and all three of them should be on bikes.
