. Can I have you start for this check welfare? I'll get you back when I've got one. It's going to be 3210 as an Ocean in the eastbound lanes of travel. We have a witness calling in. So, there's a 20s black male, dreads, gray sweatshirt, jeans, waving an orange flag. He was walking in the lane of travel, yelling at vehicles as he drove past, possibly code 19, around 74. Last seen going westbound, 3210 on the eastbound lane. Engine 3 and Medic 3, zone 55, medical alpha response.
