1227, 1226, 1225, 343, send a down theft in progress, 7929 Eastern Ave, 7929 Eastern Ave, the Party City, cross the streets, Conrail and Rolling Mill Road. It's actually the Spirit Halloween. A shoplifter just left that location. They left in a red two-door vehicle, unknown DOT. It was two black females. They took costumes, nothing further.
