Uh, for the units in 11, be advised, came over as a DUI driver. Looks like it was a little auto accident. Congress in California, caller says male, male caller was claiming another person hit his car, or the male was claiming the caller hit his car. But when he dialed 911, that offender drove off. It was a red Chevy Tahoe, southbound on California. He believes that driver is intoxicated. No injuries.
