In front of Emerald City Harbor Marina, 24200 Jefferson. Caller advised right next to the entrance of their driveway where the construction is. There's a older model, blue or black SUV that's been parked in the construction area in the gravel since 8 a.m. She talked to the construction crew and they said it's not any of theirs and it's no one inside Emerald City. She's not sure if maybe someone broke down and left it there, but she'd like to check out.
