Medic 2. Medic 2. 14th area, E1, 301 5th Avenue, apartment, or correction, suite, 380. 46-year-old male. He's in and out of it. He has laceration to his face with dry blood. States he fell on the subway platform on his way to work. Also had recent surgery. Two copies, we're en route.
