Good morning, guys. 131 Garfield. 131 Garfield. They have a third party caller who's no longer on scene, but she stated that she drove by and saw a male tampering with vehicles. Appears that he was trying to get into the cars. Script on him is a black male wearing a black coat, has fur on it, blue jeans, and he has facial hair. Still on the script I have here. No direction of flight, though.
