1014 East Maumee. 1014 East Maumee Street, cross of Addison and Mann. I have a neighbor on the line at 1020. It's a young girl advising her neighbor's outside screaming at the top of her lungs. I could hear her screaming from the backyard. She's possibly on their porch at this time. I believe her name's April. No weapons seen.
