PR can direct to a male, White, Hispanic, 30 to 40 years, white or gray long-sleeved shirt, dark-colored pants, started a fire at the abandoned house last week. Code 2, incident 3928, RD 316. Central unit, information on a battery just occurred, Figueroa and Wilshire. Suspect last seen on foot towards 7th, on 7th towards San Francisco. Suspect is a male, Middle Eastern wearing a black shirt and black pants. Victim and suspect both left location. Information only...
