Units information, pending a 1066 at 885 Halidon Way. Called in by a neighbor, watching via their ring camera can see a male subject outside their neighbor's apartment. Overheard him on the phone with someone telling him to break the door. And now it looks like he's attempting to get into the window. No units available. 31, I'm clear. I'm just displaying. 10-4. He is on the phone with a female, and the RP knows a female lives there. Just unknown if it's the same or not.
