183 and 114, copy for a possible DUI. Go for both. It's going to be 9000 South, 5600 West, on a black Mini Cooper. It could be a broke down in the shoulder on the southbound side of 56. 28 is going to be 5 Papa, correction, 5 Papa 2, Mike 2. Our complainant is out with the vehicle, advising that the driver smells of alcohol. They also were unaware that the vehicle had a flat tire. Nothing further, I'll advise.
