01 Crystal Lake Drive. There was also a 911 hangup, proximal location of 1520 Northwest 45 Street. That number called for an elevator entrapment for the 1020, of 4374 Northwest 9th Avenue. That was last year, October. Complainant advised he was stuck in the elevator.
