Central County units prepare to copy a new traffic complaint out of Janesville in the area of Pontiac and Holiday, Holiday and Pontiac. The dispatch container is going to be for a possible 55 driver, dark gray van going through red lights into oncoming traffic, striking perps, going 10 miles per hour. It's a beat-up van, possibly a town and country Chrysler van, appears to be occupied one time, turning westbound on Highway 14. RP's following.
