Charlie 11. 11. 11, I have a call in reference for a suspicious person, 1600 Bunker, North Calvert. Ms. Mariah called this in in reference to a, uh, said a number 1 male, looked between the ages of 10 to 13. He was wearing a black hoodie and a black book bag. Appears like he was trying to, um, look into people's cars. You might want to try and call for his, I'll show there.
