The description said “University District” but looking 👀 at the map location it’s not really OSU Campus area and I can assure you it’s not a student studying Biochemistry at OSU or a graduate student 👨🎓 in the School of Optometry at OSU. Jeepers, that area which is part of the Short North, Italian Village, and Weinland Park is a mixed bag. I remember that area back in the 80’s and early 90’s. Weinland Park area was not a nice area per se. Real sketchy. Some real bad element. One of the guys who was responsible for the “Lucasville Prison Riots of 1993” grew up in that area. It’s where trendy/artsy/bohemian area clashes with ghetto thugville.😕
