I have a call holding for a suspicious person, possibly a 2518 Neal Street at Johnny's Gold Brick. Can we reference the report advising that there's a White male, green shirt, blue shorts. Looks like he's on some sort of substance. He keeps making a lot of odd hand movements and grinding his teeth.
