Lancaster 111 David, PM's down on a 415 fight at the library, 601 West Lancaster Boulevard. Saw two male adults fighting in front of location. DP stopped fighting but are still arguing. Affirmative left the area. OBS 1 DP reached into bag, unknown what DP is holding. Disregard, it's a male Black adult wearing black. And the second DP is a male Hispanic adult with a blue shirt. TAC is 227.
