824, 824 East 12th Street at the Extra Space Storage near Peoples and Park Avenue. There's a white male and a black male that are homeless, blocking the entrance to the building. They're both on bicycles, wearing cowboy hats. The RP's trying to get in in a silver Hyundai Sonata. Case number 89 424. 7, I'm clear. You can show myself and Nate on scene. I copy. 9, I'm on scene as well. I copy.
