7, Charlie 24. I've got multiple reports at West College Drive and Cedar Avenue. West College Drive and Cedar, West College and Pine of a female jumping into traffic and punching cars. Working on a description. She's now on Wolterscheid. White female, 40 years old, in a gray shirt with a black purse. Charger's on.
