12-29, 12-28, unwanted subject at Sport Clips, 1541 Merritt, 1541 Merritt off of Ives and German Hill. It's a male subject, approached the caller in the parking lot, keeps coming into the business and is being creepy. He's now sitting outside between two vehicles.
