Medic 2. Medic 2, police on scene requesting EMS. Medic 12's area, 1130 Stock Street off of Cox or Mulhaney Avenue. They're on scene, no sight detail also. That was a 23-year-old male, states he wants to harm other people. They're updating saying he is wheelchair-bound. Requesting for evaluation.
