30 West Park 24, we have a female that's refusing to leave the porch of the Main Street Apartments, 913 Southeast Main Street, number 5. She's approximately 30 years old, wearing a navy blue hoodie and jeans, a black and white dog on a leash with her. They're now wandering away, heading southbound.
