FD announced at 2024 Malcolm X Drive, 2024 Malcolm X Drive. Find advising that in the back of the shop, he saw a subject set the grass and tree on fire. It was a male, looked like a teenager, no shirt, black pants, male, black, who ran away after starting the fire, ran northbound up the alley.
