Headquarters 36, please en route to 3308 Bragg Boulevard. 3308 Bragg Boulevard, off of Shannon Drive. Made contact with Mr. Troy Mitchell, who was standing by the entrance of Food Lion. Reference to a threat that just occurred. He advised that a Black male, mid-20s, unknown clothing, damaged something on the RP's vehicle and then threatened to shoot the RP. The suspect is no longer on scene. The RP is an older male, and he is requesting someone to respond. Again, he's going to be standing by the entrance. Black male, locks, long beard, black shirt, and patched jeans.
