Car 8 to radio. Car 8. As stated from 307 Penn, there's water in the detector. We're unable to reset the system. The owner is aware. They're having the alarm company go out, and they'll take care of restoring it. You can make Engine 3 available and myself available. King Car 8, unable to reset the system. Owner is aware. We'll be contacting the alarm company. I did notify RPD of the burglar alarm activation. Time is available, 0847.
