13-13 and 13-26 for reckless activity. 26. 13. It's going to be in the area of 324 Milton Street. I've received two calls on this for a subject walking towards Highland, knocking trash cans into the street. It was last seen on Milton by the second complainant. All I've got is a male in a white hoodie, possibly a blue jean jacket, light-colored blue jeans. Another complainant is now saying that he is jumping on vehicle windshields. 13-13 and 13-26. 13, copy. 13-13 and 13-26.

I have video I’ve given police already but if you have any footage from your homes that would be great if you shared. He destroyed a lot of property on the hill.
