Metro from Battalion 9 on scene, 110220 West Wilshire Boulevard, cross of Polvita. What I have here is approximately a 40-year-old male who's down in the storm drain on a iron ladder. Right now we're attempting to remove the cover for the storm drain and have the member self-exercise. We're going to be known as Wilshire IC, command will be directly across from this incident on Sepulveda.
